Refund and Cancellation

How do I cancel an order on www.leathertalks.com?

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. You can cancel your order by writing to us at support@Leathertalks.com . The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent immediately.

As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been packaged / shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

Leather Talks is not liable for any damages in transit.

How will I get my money back after cancellation? What are the modes of refund available?

Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you on to-pay basis. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving of the return package from you.

Refunds are made as follows:

1. If the payment was made in cash then the refund is made in the form of a cheque.

2. If the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of net banking) then the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment was made.
