Lifetime Service Warranty covers the following:
- Manufacturing Defects: We cover Lifetime Service Warranty & all issues arising from material or manufacturing defects, including repairs or replacements of defective parts.
- Repair Services: Our warranty includes repair services for stitching, velvet lining, and basic hardware components such as zipper pullers, logo tags, D hooks, handles, and frames.
- Polishing: Regular polishing to maintain the leather's natural beauty and luster is included.
- Moisture Bags: We provide moisture bags to help maintain the leather’s condition.
Lifetime Service Warranty Does Not cover the following:
- Accidental Damage: Damage resulting from accidents or misuse is not covered.
- Neglect or Wear and Tear: Damage from neglect, excessive wear, or everyday use beyond normal conditions is excluded.
- Locks: Repair or replacement of locks is not included in the warranty.
- Misuse Over storage: Issues arising from overloading or improper storage within the bag are not covered.
